We accept the following credit cards for online purchases : The FULLBEAUTY Brands' Credit Cards or Visa® cards including Woman Within®, fullbeauty®, Jessica London®, KingSize®, BrylaneHome®, and Roaman's®. We also accept MasterCard®, Discover/Novus®, and the American Express® card.

Order Totals & Backorder Charges

The order total on your checkout page includes all items ordered, shipping & handling, discounts, coupons and any taxes charged. Sometimes the invoice total included in your package may vary if an item becomes unavailable. Shipping & handling and taxes charged to you will be adjusted according to the new order total. If an item's backordered, the charge for that (or those) items, including any shipping & handling charges not applied to the original shipment and any taxes won't be charged to your account until the backordered item(s) ships.

*For international orders, if an item becomes unavailable during the order processing, it will be cancelled and an email confirmation will be sent. Order totals will include taxes and duties on shipped items according to country.

Charges for Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges
Credit card exchange orders can be processed quicker by phone by calling us toll-free at (8000 405-3650. For an exchange order, we'll issue a credit to the credit card on the original order. You may see a debit and credit for the original transactions or the two transactions may offset one another. The original credit card will be charged for the exchanged item. If you want to exchange an item and not phone it in, or if it's a cash order you're returning, please complete the order blank on the back of your invoice.

*Note : All international exchanges must be placed online as new orders. Shipping, handling, taxes and duties on original shipment are non refundable.

Returns : For return credits for items purchased within 90 days of receipt, please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund or charge card credit, we'll issue a credit to your original method of payment less shipping & handling charges. For credit card orders, please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear. If the item(s) returned were returned after 90 days of the date you received them, we'll issue a merchandise credit, less shipping & handling charges.

*Note : Returns for international orders will not be accepted after 90 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for cost of return, including export fees, duties and taxes. Shipping, handling, taxes and duties on original shipment are non refundable.

Exchanges cannot be processed for Pay Pal orders. Please return the item(s) and allow 3-4 weeks for refund back to your Paypal account  less shipping and handling charges.

Why Do I See More than One Charge on My Credit Card for My One Order?

When you place your order, we authorize your card for the full order amount. This places a pending authorization on your card, but your card is only charged once at the time your order is shipped. This is common bank practice when handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. It is sometimes reflected as two duplicate, separate charges. Please allow up to 72 hours for the pending authorization to clear. If you need help speeding up the process, please contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

Sales Tax Information*

We collect sales tax in those states where we are legally required to do so. The appropriate sales tax will be added to your order.

*Note : International order will include taxes and duties according to country. By placing your order, you authorize i-Parcel to act as your agent with the customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise.

Redeeming Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards, and Gift Certificates Online

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards : To redeem Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards online, simply enter the card number and PIN number in the Gift Card box at checkout. If the order amount exceeds the card amount, a credit card or other acceptable payment method will be required to cover the remaining balance.

Paper Gift Certificates : To redeem paper Gift Certificates online, simply enter the certificate number in the Gift Card box at checkout. If the order amount exceeds the paper gift certificate balance, a credit card or other acceptable payment method will be required to cover the remaining balance.

Please note : Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards, and paper Gift Certificates cannot be applied to orders shipping to multiple locations.

Redeeming Merchandise Credits Online

During the checkout process, simply enter the Merchandise Credit number in the required field. The amount of the Merchandise Credit will automatically be deducted and your discount will be reflected on your order total.
