• Ellos® gift cards and e-gift cards can be used on all online and phone orders at any of our family of brands: Woman Within, Roaman’s, Catherines, ELOQUII, Kingsize, Jessica London, Ellos, June+Vie, CUUP, Brylane Home, Swimsuits For All, Shoes For All, Intimates For All, Active For All, OneStopPlus, FullBeauty Outlet, Dia Shop and Avenue.
• E-gift cards can be emailed to any individual with a valid email address. The recipient of an e-gift card will receive one email including two important numbers: the e-gift card number and the pin.
• On a physical gift card, the pin number can be found under the silver scratch-off patch on the back of the card. The gift card number and pin for an e-gift card can be found in the e-gift card email message sent to you.
• Gift cards are non-refundable, are not redeemable for cash or check and cannot be applied as payment to any account, except to the extent required by law.
• A shipping fee of $1.95 applies to gift cards, but is not applicable to e-gift cards. The shipping fee is Taxable in IN, NY and TX.
• Physical gift cards will be mailed to the recipient via First Class Mail within 5 business days of purchase. E-gift cards will be emailed to the recipient 2-3 business days after purchase.
• Our gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or e-gift cards.
• Please note that we cannot replace a lost or stolen gift card/e-gift card.
• Gift cards may be shipped in the United States only.
